Pricing questions
How does the free trial work?
Every feature is switched on for 7 days and you don't need a card to start. Choose a plan from your dashboard whenever you're ready to continue.
Do you take a cut of my bookings?
Never. You pay the flat monthly price. Card payments go through your own Stripe account and Stripe's card fees go to Stripe.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, up or down at any time from the Billing tab. Changes are prorated by Stripe.
What if I run out of texts?
Clients still get every email. You can buy 100 more texts for £6 or 500 for £25 from Settings, and extra texts never expire. Your included texts reset on the 1st of each month.
Do my clients pay a booking fee?
No. Clients only pay your prices, plus any deposit you ask for.
What happens if I cancel?
Your page stops taking new bookings at the end of the period you've paid for. Your data stays, and you can export it.
Is VAT included?
Prices shown are what you pay. If VAT applies to your account, Stripe shows it on your invoice.
